Customer Privacy

• Sit2buy is aware that our customers value their privacy and we intend to make this issue a priority in our online commerce.

Any information about the customer is considered private. This includes but is not limited to: name, social security number, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and credit card number.

In order to process a sale, complete an order, or contact the customer the sit2buy staff is authorized to view a customer's private information. During this process the transaction services and financial institutions may view a customer's private information for the purpose of completing financial transactions. Credit card information is obtained through the sit2buy Server Security and the transaction process, which leads to the approval of the customer's credit card information. Anyone not involved in the financial transaction is not authorized to view customer information.

Upon processing your order we require your name, delivery/billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card information. Customer information will never be given or sold to a third party. Customer information will not be released to third party inquires unless requested by federal, state, or local legal authorities or whenever necessary to protect the legal and physical well-being of the sit2buy program, the retail affiliate, the customer, and/or other individuals associated with the sit2buy program.

It is unlikely and would be difficult for another web site to obtain the information stored in a cookie on the customer's computer. Although, if a hacker finds this information on the customer's computer there will not be any sensitive information in the sit2buy cookie.

It is impossible to set a cookie without the customer's approval. Refer to your computer's literature on how to turn cookies off. This feature selects not to accept and store a "cookie" file on the customer's hard drive.
